How we handle the data you send us, under the GDPR and French data protection law.
Data controller
SmartHR Consulting, société par actions simplifiée, 147 rue des Olivettes, 34270 Sainte-Croix-de-Quintillargues, France. Contact: arnaud.lebrun@smarthr-consulting.fr. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the company is not required to do so.
Data collected
The only processing carried out by this site is the contact form. The data collected are: name, email address, company name where given, and the content of the message. No other data is requested or inferred: no IP address is kept, and no profile is built. The anti-robot safeguard derives a technical token from it, carrying no other information, erased after one hour.
A technical copy of each message is kept on the host’s server, in France, in a directory closed to access from the web. It ensures an enquiry is not lost if the email fails to go out, and contains nothing beyond the four items above.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a contractual relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Recipients
Messages are received by the directors of SmartHR Consulting. They pass through the servers of the site’s host, LWS, located in France. No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes, and no transfer outside the European Union takes place.
Retention
Three years from the last contact, then deletion; the technical copy follows the same period. If the enquiry leads to an assignment, the data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable statutory limitation periods.
Cookies and external resources
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no resource from a third-party server. No consent banner is therefore required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to arnaud.lebrun@smarthr-consulting.fr. We reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Messages are forwarded by email to a mailbox on the domain, and the technical copy is kept in a directory the server configuration denies access to.
